It’s not about doing what’s right anymore, it’s about doing what’s real! Full chills!

I’m so inspired by you leading and sharing these conversations.

For the longest time, I was so scared of saying anything remotely polarizing on the internet because I've always thought I had this persona of being the nice girl?... But honestly, polarization is what makes people leaders so... Here's to more spicy content this year 😌

Obsessed with everything esp the typed verbatim notes of the mini astrology reading I sent you! Way to lean the fuck in and give us a roadmap for how to do it too. Thank you 🙏

Love the idea of an algorithm of consciousness and being deliberate about tending to your community (and not just the people that buy from you).

I could literally write "HELL YES TO ALL OF THIS, THANK YOU!!!!" as my comment, and it would encapsulate everything I feel about what you've written... but it wouldn't contribute very much to the conversation. 😉 So, I'll share with you a little of what I've been doing over here in my little corner of the world...

I'm sticking around on social media because I love the discoverability and opportunities for connection it provides me. Currently, I'm on Instagram, LinkedIn and Substack. Aside from this, my friend and I are working on launching a podcast together for the pure joy of it, and I'm really looking forward to being able to have actual conversations (as in, vocally) soon.

Having said all that, I have a "tap out" platform when the noise of the others (let's be real: Instagram) becomes too much - Pinterest. It's so peaceful there and I enjoy the digital puttering / relaxed creativity of curating my little boards, be they for purpose or pleasure.

In addition to this, I've just started hosting and speaking at in-person events, a little over 2 years after moving to my (now) hometown. It has reminded me of the magic that happens when we gather together, in the physical. And I'm so keen to stay in the energy and momentum of this, that I'm currently organising my next 2 events.

The one I'm most excited about? A book swap club. I won't be teaching anything, I'm not doing this to make money... I'm simply facilitating a lovely excuse for us to gather together, yap about a shared love, and take home a new (to us) book that has been personally recommended by someone we connected with that evening.

Anyway, all of this to say - thank you, Xanthe, for leading these conversations.

I'm here for these chats (and action) and I'm here for the beautiful, meaningful intentions we have for our businesses, for connecting with and supporting one another, and not going down with the BS of "those bros".

Fck 'em. Rise up. Keep going.
